The Aim

The aim of the study is to present a way for individual consumers to draw benefit from possibilities presented by agent technologies in their every day interactions with vendors and service providers forming a part of their life management.
The objective is to provide the consumers with tools enabling them to gain greater value from the offerings of the companies by protecting their individual privacy at the same time.
Therefore a proposal for the concept of an infomediary agent, h e l m i, is presented.
